Whether installed outdoors in unpredictable weather, within dusty industrial sites, or in high‑humidity areas, this enclosure ensures the projector remains protected and operational. The cabinet body is constructed from either galvanized steel or optional stainless steel, with sheet‑metal thicknesses ranging from 1.2 mm to 4 mm depending on size and structural demands.

Wind-Cooling
Utilize industrial silent fans for cooling, expelling hot air from the waterproof box, while simultaneously drawing in fresh air through intake vents to create a circulation effect. This helps reduce the heat emitted by the projector within the waterproof box, and the heating module removes fog and moisture from the glass.
Air-Conditioning
Fans and air conditioners together form a dual system, used in high lumen machines and also suitable for harsh weather conditions. The air conditioner not only cools but also dehumidifies, while the heating module clears water droplets and fog from the glass.

Practical features of waterproof boxes
- Heating module, temperature ≤ 5 ℃ humidity ≥ 85% heating start, warming to 10 ℃ humidity ≤ 75% heating stop.
- box temperature is higher than the preset value (35 ℃) ≥ 2 ℃, the fan cooling system to start, below the preset value of ≤ 2 ℃ fan stops working.
- The box is only installed with air conditioner, no fan outlet, no special air inlet, and the internal circulation cooling is carried out through the air conditioner compressor.
