Ideal for regions with large temperature differences. Slight ventilation gaps make it not recommended for long-term high salt fog coastal environments.

1.3 Fully Sealed Internal Circulation Cabinet (Marine & Desert Grade)

Adopts full-welded 304 stainless steel structure with no ventilation holes, reaching IP66 highest protection grade. Built-in independent internal circulation air conditioning and automatic dehumidification system adapt to extreme conditions: -15℃~55℃ temperature range and 95% high humidity. It completely isolates sea fog, rainwater, and sand dust to prevent corrosion, dust blockage, and condensation failures. Suited for long-term permanent scenic and marine projects with higher investment cost and ultra-long service life.

2.1 Tropical Coastal Regions (Southeast Asia & China Coastal Cities)

Recommended Model: Cooling & Heating Integrated Stainless Steel Cabinet. The industrial air conditioner maintains a constant 25℃ internal temperature to resist extreme heat and delay equipment aging. The dry desert environment requires no full-sealing design, balancing excellent performance and project budget perfectly.

First, all seaside and saltwater adjacent projects must adopt 304 stainless steel. Galvanized steel quickly corrodes and perforates in salt fog environments, leading to high maintenance costs.

Second, sandy areas prohibit ventilated air-cooled or ordinary integrated cabinets. Accumulated fine dust blocks heat dissipation within one year and burns out projectors. Only fully sealed enclosures are qualified for sandstorm scenarios.

Third, distinguish project service life. Choose economical air-cooled or integrated cabinets for 1–2 year temporary events. Select high-end fully sealed internal circulation cabinets for permanent 5+ year cultural tourism and overseas benchmark projects to achieve better long-term ROI.
