Different from fan-cooled cabinets with ventilation openings, our internal circulation model eliminates all ventilation gaps. No external sand, salt fog, humid air or industrial dust can penetrate into the cabinet, fundamentally avoiding dust accumulation and salt corrosion inside the shell.
- Pure air conditioner independent internal circulation cooling & heating
Equipped with built-in industrial air conditioner as the sole temperature control component without any cooling fans. The air conditioner circulates air inside the fully sealed cabinet to regulate internal temperature and humidity independently, forming an isolated inner air loop separated from outside ambient air.
- Intelligent constant temperature & dehumidification control system
Installed with precision temperature & humidity sensors and T230 intelligent control board. The heating module automatically activates when internal temp below 5℃ and humidity above 90%, stops operation when temperature rises over 10℃ and humidity drops under 65%. The embedded air conditioner auto turns on above 25℃ for constant cooling, all startup parameters support manual customized setting.
